Summit Software Solutions, Inc. and See Progress Inc. Announce Strategic Product Integration

Integration Creates Complete Claims, Operations, Production, Customer Service and Marketing Solution for Collision Repairers

Summit Software Solutions, Inc. and See Progress, Inc. announced today that they have completed seamless integration between the Summit C.O.P.S.™ and Ascent™ claims, operations, and production software and the Internet based See Progress, Inc. AutoWatch™ customer service and marketing solution.

This newly announced technology integration called NetProgress™ provides a Summit/See Progress customer the ability to import customer, vehicle, insurance, and other estimating data from any estimating system, combine it with digital images, vehicle status, and other pertinent claims process information and have it automatically uploaded to the customer's website so it can be viewed by the consumer, insurer, agent, or rental car company. The newly announced integration will also provide the collision repairer the ability to send automatic vehicle status and target date change e-mails to consumers, insurers, agents, and rental car companies.
