See Progress Releases French Version of AutoWatch Customer Vehicle Tracking System

BRIGHTON, Mich., August 13, 2003 - See Progress, Inc. has announced the release of an enhancement to the AutoWatch™ system specifically for French-speaking vehicle owners. The update will allow Body Shop operators to improve their communication and service to customers that speak and read French.

When a vehicle owner visits a shop's web site with the AutoWatch™ system, they are presented with the option to display the site in French. With one click, all of the text and shop communication with the customer is immediately displayed in French. With another click, it can be immediately displayed again in English.

The AutoWatch™ system is a unique customer service and marketing tool for the collision repair industry.
